Razika MEDJOUB is a sociologist and senior researcher at CREAD, Human Development, and Social Economics Division, since 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in Labor Sociology from the University of Algiers (02). Currently, she serves as the leader for the informal economy team, an associate editor of the journal 'Les Cahiers du Cread,' and is a member of the International Association of French-Language Sociology (GT04-AISLF), Arab World in Motion. She specializes in two main research topics: social inequalities, particularly among women and youth, focusing on their access to education and the job market, as well as economic informality.
